CEED 2025 Application Process Now Open!
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has officially initiated the admission process for the M.Des program for the 2025-26 academic session. Eligible candidates can submit their CEED 2025 application form with regular fees from October 1 to October 31, 2024.
For those who need extra time, applications will be accepted with a late fee until November 8, 2024
CEED 2025 Application process
To apply, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by IIT Bombay and can do so through the designated online portal. The application process requires filling out the registration form, entering academic and personal information, uploading necessary documents, and paying the application fee of INR 3,800.
The CEED 2025 exam will facilitate admission into M.Des courses offered by eight participating colleges. It’s essential to note that candidates interested in the B.Des program will need to take the UCEED 2025 exam.

– Register by clicking “New Registration” and provide your name, email, and mobile number.
– Log in with your credentials and fill out the application form with your academic and personal details.
– Upload required documents, including a recent photo and signature, in the specified formats.
– Pay the application fee of INR 3,800 online.
– Review and submit your application.

CEED 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the M.Des program need to ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
CEED 2025 eligibility criteria are given below.
- The candidate must have completed a 3 years degree/ diploma /postgraduate degree program (after 10+2 level) or
- Candidates appearing in the final examination of a 3-year degree/ diploma/ postgraduate program in 2024 can apply. However, they must complete their qualifying exam at the time of admission, or pass the GD Arts diploma program (10+5 level) by July 2025.
- Age Limit – There is no upper age limit for appearing in the CEED 2025 exam.
- Number of attempts – There is no limitation on the number of attempts for appearing in the CEED entrance exam
CEED Application Form 2025 – FAQs
- What is the difference between CEED and UCEED exam?
Both CEED and UCEED exams are conducted by IIT Bombay. However, CEED scores are used to shortlist candidates for admission to the M.Des courses, whereas UCEED is an entrance exam for admission to the B. Des course.
- When will the CEED 2025 result be declared?
IIT Bombay will declare the results of CEED 2025 around the 1st week of March 2025. The result has been declared online at ceed.iitb.ac.in.

- The list of CEED 2025 participating institutes will be published on the admission portal – ceed.iitb.ac.in.
